Can I be certain there are containers available for my cargo?
We are not able to guarantee equipment on our vessels for 100% of our bookings - as in exceptional circumstances, we can face unforeseen incidents that impact the availability of certain equipment types in certain ports around the world. This can then impact our ability to release containers for all the bookings our customers have placed for a specific departure.
