Booking

When searching 'From' and 'To' what is the difference between 'City' and 'Port'?

When you start your search you can choose the length of the transportation you would like to see a price for by selecting your cargo's starting point. This can either be from your supplier's warehouse - in which case you should select the city of the warehouse location; or it can be for the port of a specific city, meaning your supplier will make sure to deliver the cargo to the port, which means you select the port.

The same applies to the endpoint of the transportation you would like to see prices for, which can either be your own warehouse or the final destination of where you would like the cargo to be delivered to. Then you select the City of that delivery place; or it can be up until the last Port of arrival before the container will be taken off the shipment again, then you select Port.
