Why do you need my partner's details?

After the booking has been placed, there is a series of actions that both a supplier and a buyer need to take care of throughout the shipment journey. In order to create full transparency about who needs to perform which tasks and when they need to be completed, we have designed a flow that allows for suppliers and buyers to work together on our platform in a joint effort to ensure no delays and that information is accessible and visible 24/7 - just by logging into the platform.

We will help both suppliers and the buyers keep track of important dates and actions to be taken via automated email notifications when we are closing in on specific deadlines.
