I have been notified that a buyer has authorised me to book on their behalf. What should I do?
If you don't have an account with Twill or Maersk, you will need to sign up with us first. Once that is done, you can accept the authorisation invitation - which is in another email. From there, you will be able to book on your buyer's behalf.
If you have an account, you just need to accept the invitation via email and the authorisation will go through.
