Shipping terms and updates

Why are my shipping documents showing the Twill logo now?

If you are a Twill customer, you have up until the 27th of August 2022 seen the Maersk and Sealand logo’s on your existing shipping documents. We have now decided to make a few changes to your shipping documents to strengthen our Twill brand identity. As of the 27th of August, you will see the Twill logo appearing on various shipping documents you already know from working with us until now. Nevertheless, when you are booking via Twill, we will continue to operate and carry your shipments via the Maersk Group as we have been doing up until now. Besides the Twill logos replacing the existing logos on most shipping documents, there will not be any changes to our logistics services.

Twill has been supercharged by Maersk since 1 January 2020, and we will continue to be supercharged by Maersk in the future, being part of Maersk Group.

Do you have further questions?

For any questions, we encourage you to reach out to your local Twill Customer Care team. Our Twillers will be able to provide you with more information where needed.
