What is dual-use cargo?
Dual use items are items that are mainly used for commercial/civilian purposes but can be used also for military or enforcement purposes. Dual use restrictions applicable to Russia cover the following categories: Electronics, Computers, Telecommunications and Information Security, Sensors and Lasers, Navigation and Avionics, Marine and Aerospace and Propulsion, Chemicals.
