What is the difference between chassis delivery and sideloader delivery?

The prices we display around inland transportation are always based on a pick-up or delivery via chassis (container remains on the chassies of the truck and loading is completed via port ramp or forklift). If you request the container to be delivered with a sideloader (the container will be placed on the ground) we encourage you to reach out to our Twill Customer Care team and state your request as this might impact the total price of the delivery.
