What happens if my shipment or cargo is inspected?

Authorities sometimes do additional checks to ensure what is being shipped is what was listed on the documentation. This is for all of our safety and to ensure that regulations are complied with, which is why we need to follow regulations of customs in every country. If your shipment or cargo needs to be inspected by customs, you will be notified by our experts with further information.

Inspections are out of our control and will be subject to an Inspection Fee from the customs authority which is not included in the clearance rate originally paid.
