Is there a fee for cancelling a booking?
If you wish to cancel your shipment – whether it’s for part or all of the container(s) – after the Booking Confirmation has been issued, then a cancellation notice must be provided to Twill no less than seven (7) days before the scheduled estimated time of departure (‘ETD’). There is then a cancellation fee which must be paid for each container cancelled.
