What does is it mean that my shipment or cargo is rolled?
When your cargo is rolled, a few things will happen:
You will receive notifications from us informing you of the situation and providing an updated schedule, a revised Booking Confirmation, and the reason why the shipment/cargo was rolled
You will receive a compensation amount as we have committed to you at the beginning, in the form of a credit note with Maersk
