Over the course of 2023, Twill will gradually transition to the Maersk brand. Every decision at Twill is made with you in mind, and this is no exception. Joining the Maersk brand means we can bring you our combined expertise, products, and services – all under one roof.

We’re already working with Maersk to make sure we keep offering the supply chain solutions you need, combined with the same top-quality service. In short, booking, tracking, and managing all your shipments will stay quick and easy.

Don’t worry. We’re not going anywhere

When we say you and your business are our priority, we mean it.

We’re working hard to make sure the transition to the Maersk brand is a smooth and positive experience for you and your business. Our goal of offering you quick, pragmatic solutions, plus ease, and flexibility will stay and grow under the Maersk brand.

For the time being, you can continue to book, track, and manage your shipments as before. The Twill legal entities, plus our invoicing and billing will stay the same. If there are any changes, you’ll get plenty of notice and we’ll be here to work through them with you.

New Twill features

Ahead of (and beyond) the transition, we will still be working to continuously improve your customer journey. We’ve recently added useful new features to Twill.net so that booking, managing, and tracking your shipments keeps getting easier, and there will be more to come in the months ahead.
